Meet Robin Clarke, our Head of Sales & Client Success

We are thrilled to announce that Robin Clarke has joined Konfir, as Head of Sales and Client Success.
Robin has a strong background in the HR Technology sector, having launched Vetting.com and Xref to market in the UK, Robin's experience leading sales and customer teams will be valuable to Konfir's clients and team.
The first fifteen years of my career were spent working in the Recruitment sector, both in the UK and Australia.
Five years ago, I moved into the HR Technology sector and specifically the background checking market. I’ve since built and led global sales, customer success and partnership teams.
In my previous role, I launched a brand new, disruptive, all in one background checking platform into the market.
I was responsible for taking the unknown product and brand into the market, successfully winning a lot of new business from more established background checking businesses and building a sales, customer success and partnership team.
I am a highly driven, proactive, hands-on sales leader. I have high standards and will ensure that all of our clients and their candidates receive first class service.
Konfir is such an exciting innovative product, with the ability to simplify and provide instant results within the verification process for securing employment, renting property, or applying for loans.
Other automated reference checking solutions will reduce the average time it takes to get references back yet there is still the reliance on gaining information from a referee or a HR department, ultimately this will heavily impact an organisation’s ability to start their new hires. Hire to start time is so critical in a market where there is a significant war for talent.
In addition, it is fantastic to remove the need, for an individual, to have to search high and low to find payslips or physical banking statements when renting a property or applying for a loan/credit. Konfir is clearly the market leader and at the forefront of revolutionising how we verify employment and income.
I’m very excited to combine my experience with Konfir’s market leading innovative platform to drive the businesses growth and deliver a first class service to our, ever growing, client list.
We already have some great industry leading clients and I look forward to seeing the usage of Konfir increase month on month from those clients because the desire and demand to get instant verification is clear to see.
I look forward to seeing us partner with new best of breed businesses across our key sectors, where our innovative product will streamline processes that are currently so cumbersome for clients and candidates.
Helping to grow and launch a new solution, which I have previously done, is extremely fulfilling.

Due to having three children, who all need ferrying to their clubs and activities, you could mistake me for a part time taxi driver, who doesn’t charge a fare nor gets tips, most evenings and weekends!
Living in Harrogate, with my wife and children, we have access to all of North Yorkshire’s or ‘Gods own County', as those born and bred here remind me, delights on our doorstep. We can often be found socialising with friends on a walk, which ends at a nice country pub.
I’m an avid fan of most sports. Football is my biggest passion and alongside coaching my son and one of my daughters junior teams, I’m a season ticket holder, for my sins, at Tottenham Hotspur.
